36th semFYC meeting and key note speech on KRISTINA

A the 36th semFYC meeting held in A Coruña, Spain (9th- 11th of June 2016), Doctor Lehdía Mohamed Dafa presented a key speech note to explain the most important achievements of our project KRISTINA and the main activities covered by semFYC, in relation with all the partners. Among the attendees, the meeting hosted public service managers, family doctors and nurses. 2.500 factsheets have been also delivered to all the participants. Many stakeholders working in basic care and health care have been involved. The overall KRISTINA concept has been presented, analyzing the positive impact of this project on the quality of basic care and health care systems.
